My passion for painting expanded 30 years ago when I moved from Sydney to Laurieton in the Beautiful Camden Haven.
I love to paint the water, the fluidity of blues and turquoise, which is reflected in the majority of my work. My paintings range from Realism - water stories of the Camden Haven, Abstract and on occasion, portraits. My medium of choice is predominantly oils and I also enjoy the diversity of acrylics.
Painting has a way of feeding my soul. Each piece is unique and I find it rewarding and relaxing. For me it is a way of escaping worldly realty and creating an alternate reality.

This was painted from a series of photos I took from a treasured space where I would take my children camping. Days filled with morning and afternoon swims, walking and general camping fun. It shares the perspective of viewing North Brother (Dooragan) from the south at Diamond Head.
